1. GOD IS ALWAYS WITH ME

Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.” Isaiah 30:21 – “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, “This is the way, walk ye in it,” when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.” Hebrews 13:5 – “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have; for he hath said, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Exodus 33:14-15 – “And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.” And he said unto him, “If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.” Psalm 23:4 – “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” Deuteronomy 31:8 - “And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee. he will be with thee, neither forsake thee; fear not, neither be dismayed.” John Wesley quote – “The best of all is, God is with us.” |
2. GOD CARES ABOUT ME
1 John 3:1 – “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God...” 1 Peter 5:7 – “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” Nahum 1:7 NIV – “The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” Psalm 86:15 – “But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering and plenteous in mercy and truth.” Matthew 15:32 – “Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat; and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.” Matthew 14:14 – “And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.” Mark 1:41 – “And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.” Psalm 111:4 – “He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered; The LORD is gracious and full of compassion.” Isaiah 49:14-16 - “But Zion said, The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.” |
3. GOD NEVER LIES AND ALWAYS KEEPS HIS PROMISES
Hebrews 11:1 – “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:11 – “Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.” Hebrews 6:17-18 - “Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:” Psalms 119:140 NIV – “Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.” 1 Kings 8:56 – “Blessed be the Lord, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised; there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.” Joshua 21:43-45 – “And the Lord gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein. And the Lord gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand. There failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.” Joshua 23:14 - “And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth; and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.” Titus 1:2 - “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.” Deuteronomy 7:9 – “Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keeps covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.” Hebrews 6:11-12 - “And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end; that ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” 2 Corinthians 1:20-22 - “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.” Psalms 145:13-14 NIV - “Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures through all generations. The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does. The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down.” 2 Peter 1:3-4 - “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Timothy 2:13 – “If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful; he cannot deny Himself.” Romans 4:16-21 - “Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.” Hebrews 10:23 - “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised).” |

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.” |
